FAQs
Can I Cancel
Yes! Choose the plan that is right for you. You are charge for the billing cycle and you have access to your graphics. If at any time you want to cancel, no problem. Just let us know and you will not be billed on your next billing cycle. Our items are digital products and you have immediate access to all files when you begin your membership, for this we do not offer refunds. But there is no further obligation.
When Can I Access the Graphics
Once you sign up for the membership you will receive an email confirming your membership and with information to create your account. Once this is set up you have instant access to all graphics in your membership plan. This process is automatic and normally is very quick.
How Does the Payment Work
You pay though our website and submit your payment though Stripe. The transaction charge will show from PeachyDesig. You will be set up for auto renew. But again, you are welcome to cancel at anytime!
How do I Access My Graphics
You will be granted access to an exclusive Dropbox folder that holds all of your graphics. You can download these graphics from there.
When are New Graphics Added
New graphics are added to the drop box between the 3rd and 5th every month. For VIP and Elite members we release Bonus Bundles and you will be notified by email any time new bundles are added.
What Kind of Graphic Elements Can I Expect
I have had 2 very successful Etsy shops, both in the Top 1% of Etsy Shops. One of my shops I sold Tshirts, the other RTP digital downloads. I focus on creating content for you that has proven to do well for me in my Etsy shops. These typically include graphics that range from seasonal to holidays, sports, occupational and everyday items. I will include a mixture of graphics elements, papers, patterns and alpha packs.
What can I do with the Graphics from Peachy Designs
We try to keep this simple. We want our graphics to propel your business.
You can use these graphics for unlimited commercial or personal use.
They can be used to create physical products.
They can be used to create digital products. For digital products they must be combined elements with layers and/or text then flatten for the resale of the digital item.
You may not resale a single graphics digitally.
You cannot share or gift these files.
The only exception are the ready to print files. Those cannot be sold in a digital format, only on physical products.
